Mill Manufacturing
Rone brings to Interplast its expertise in manufacturing approximately 200 different mill versions, using advanced technology and manufacturing process in constant modernization to meet the requirements and needs of the market. It also develops exclusive projects for milling, decharacterization or recycling processes of plastic materials. It complements the portfolio with optional accessories and components such as material handling systems, acoustic booths, horizontal and vertical mixers, binders, vibrating screens and silos.
Rone manufactures robust and compact welded sheet steel structures and the mills have several patented technological developments that provide great advantages and savings to customers. Bearings and external bearings eliminate the need for water cooling, split opening system makes maintenance and cleaning operations extremely fast, eliminating waste and less labor, use of three rotary blades and only one fixed provides great savings on process energy and economy of blade replacement and sharpening, and the time saving in screen cleaning that can be done within minutes due to the easy access and pressure installation system.
Rone also has a show-room with several models of equipment and materials testing laboratory for customers to develop and adapt the best mill model to their processing needs. It has permanent technical assistance and spare parts stock with immediate delivery for practically the entire line of manufactured equipment.
Temperature control equipment
Industrial Frigo brings to Interplast the Italian technology in manufacturing temperature control equipment such as Dry Coolers, Chillers and Thermoregulators. With headquarters in Italy, the company has 44 years of experience in supplying these equipment in all continents.
Industrial Frigo’s equipment is widely used in the plastic industry, in addition to the chemical and petrochemical, metal-mechanical, food and beverage, graphic, laser and pharmaceutical cutting and engraving segments. LGMT operates in the machining of parts including construction and recovery of plasticization sets, ensuring manufacturers of equipment and transformers in general, the replacement and restoration of cylinder sets, screws and accessories for injection machines, blowers and extruders. The recovery is performed with national and imported alloys and coatings, ensuring greater reliability and durability to equipment.
