“The new NR 12 – ordinance 916 of July 31, 2019” is the theme of the lecture that ABIMAQ – Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industry, promotes at Interplast, on August 13, from 3 pm to 4 pm. In addition to highlighting the changes in the standard, specialist Sidney Esteves Peinado clarifies the main doubts related to the interpretation of the standard, common in industries.
Sidney will bring some of the changes of the ordinance 197 of 2010 to contextualize the scenario with the new ordinance. “We will make a general overview of the new NR 12, highlighting in a special way what will generate savings and what will be cost effective for companies. The positive side is that we will have more savings than expenses”, he says.
The consultant intends to leave a space of the lecture to clarify the doubts of the participants. “This is a theme that creates many doubts in companies and allows people to bring practical situations to a learning environment, enriches the debate,” says Peinado.
The program will include a comparison between ordinance 197 (2010) and 916 (2019), the most significant changes, those that reduce costs and a summary of the history of changes in NRs. “Everything is a matter of interpretation and we want to help the industry to be assertive in applying the standard in its structures,” adds Peinado.
