SEPRO Group’s participation in Interplast 2026 officially marks the launch in Brazil of the new S-Line robots, a premium generation of automation systems developed to raise the standards of productivity, performance, and connectivity in the plastics processing industry. The new S-Line is a natural evolution, incorporating gains in speed, working strokes, and payload capacity.
Focused on injection molding applications with clamping forces of up to 900 tons, the S-Line robots represent an advance over previous generations, consolidating SEPRO’s position as a global benchmark in industrial automation for the plastics sector.
“The arrival of S-Line robots in Brazil symbolizes a new level of automation for plastic processors. We are bringing to the national market a solution that combines high-performance engineering, intuitive software, and advanced connectivity,” says Oscar da Silva, director of SEPRO Group.
Developed for demanding applications, the high-performance S-Line robots are designed to operate in faster cycles, with longer movements and greater structural robustness. These characteristics increase the flexibility of automation cells and allow for greater integration with peripherals, quality control devices, and internal logistics systems, meeting the demands of an increasingly automated and efficiency-oriented industrial landscape.
NEW VISUAL 4 CONTROL EQUIPS SEPRO GROUP’S S-LINE ROBOTS
Another highlight presented by SEPRO Group is the new VISUAL 4 control, which equips the entire new range of S-Line robots. The software represents a significant technological leap, being more powerful, more connected, and easier to use compared to previous versions. The intuitive interface was developed to facilitate programming, reduce setup time, and increase operator autonomy, even in complex plastic injection applications.
VISUAL 4 expands the possibilities for integration with industrial systems, aligning with the concepts of Industry 4.0. Enhanced connectivity enables real-time monitoring, data analysis, and efficient communication with injection molding machines and other production line equipment. This set of features contributes to greater process control, traceability, and data-driven decision-making, essential factors for the competitiveness of manufacturing industries.
With VISUAL 4, robot programming becomes more intuitive, reducing errors, training time, and dependence on specialists. This aspect is relevant in a scenario of skilled labor shortage, where more user-friendly solutions facilitate operation.
