Confirmed presence at Interplast 2026, BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS BRASIL highlights advanced technologies in resin dehumidification without desiccant. In addition, it exhibits solutions for mold dehumidification, industrial air conditioning, refrigeration systems for blown products with chilled air down to -35°C, and MOVACOLOR masterbatch dosers, internationally recognized for their precision and reliability.
The company is dedicated to offering technologies that solve real production bottlenecks, improve the final product quality, and reduce operational costs in a measurable way. “BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS BRASIL is bringing to the fair solutions developed to solve critical problems of drying, cooling and climate control, with proven efficiency and significantly lower operating costs. Our focus is on delivering reliable, sustainable technology oriented towards concrete results for plastics processors,” comments Edwin Wachter, director of BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS BRASIL.
DIFFERENTIALS OF BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS RESIN DEHUMIDIFIERS
The RDL series resin dehumidifier stands out for its technology that allows it to operate without the use of desiccant, silica and without the need for water. This innovative concept allows for energy savings of around 60% when compared to traditional silica dehumidifiers, representing a significant advance in energy efficiency for the plastics industry.
The RDL resin dehumidifier works with low-flow compressed air expansion, guaranteeing a constant dew point of -24°C throughout the year. This stability ensures the best drying quality of the resins, regardless of climatic variations, an essential factor for injection, extrusion and blow molding processes that require rigorous humidity control.
Another important advantage of the RDL resin dehumidifier is its virtually non-existent maintenance. As the system does not use silica cartridges, the need for regeneration cycles that require fans, heaters and additional energy consumption is eliminated. The result is a simpler, more robust, reliable piece of equipment with a lower total cost of operation. The RDL series is suitable for any type of resin, including PET, and is available in standard models with silos ranging from 150 to 2,200 liters.
The RDL resin dehumidifier comes equipped with a new touch-screen PLC, which provides detailed information on the dehumidification process in real time. This interface allows complete system monitoring, immediate identification of deviations and greater operational safety, raising process control to a new level.
SOLUTIONS PORTFOLIO
In addition to resin drying, the company also presents its mold dehumidifiers, designed to operate without desiccant, with high efficiency and low energy consumption. These devices keep injection molds free from condensation, preventing surface defects, machine downtime, and productivity losses, especially in environments with high relative humidity.
The portfolio exhibited at Interplast also includes industrial air conditioning solutions, developed specifically for the factory environment. The systems are composed of individual modules, which can be installed on the wall, on columns, or suspended from the company’s metal structure, approximately three meters high. With a fan capacity of 12,000 m³/h, the equipment draws air from the factory and directs it through coils of a heat exchanger, reducing the air temperature by between 10°C and 15°C.
In this process, much of the air humidity condenses on the coils and is eliminated through a drain, simultaneously reducing the temperature and humidity of the environment. This characteristic makes the industrial air conditioner from BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS BRASIL especially suitable for companies with injection molding processes, where thermal and hygrometric control directly impacts process stability and the quality of the final product. The company also offers a complete installation service, guaranteeing optimal system performance.
Another technological highlight presented at Interplast is the cooling system for blow-molded products with chilled air of -35°C, known as CAC (Compressed Air Chiller). This system reduces the temperature of the compressed air to -35°C and, with the use of special blow pins that allow air exchange during the process, efficiently removes heat from the interior of the blown products. As a result, the customer can increase productivity by up to 50%, significantly reducing cycle time.
Complementing the portfolio, BLUE-AIR SYSTEMS BRASIL presents the MOVACOLOR masterbatch dosers, available in volumetric and gravimetric versions. Imported from MOVACOLOR Netherlands, these dosers offer high precision in the application of pigments and additives, with a five-year warranty, ensuring reliability and repeatability in dosing processes.
