Digitrol Presents Dynisco Solutions for Process Control in the Plastics Industry

Highlighting Dynisco, a brand exclusively represented in Brazil, Digitrol brings to Interplast solutions for process control in the plastics industry. The solution enables the control of variations, which is reflected in the quality of the final product, the consumption of raw materials, and operational costs.

Dynisco products and solutions provide accurate and reliable information that allows for the validation of process parameters in real time and, when necessary, immediate adjustments. This ensures that manufactured products meet or exceed established technical specifications, reducing risks, rework, and waste.

“Our portfolio, with a focus on Dynisco, allows customers to have a clear view of the process, increasing the reliability, productivity, and sustainability of operations,” says Denise da Costa, Product Manager at Digitrol.

DIGITROL SOLUTIONS FOR EXTRUSION AND INJECTION PROCESS CONTROL

Digitrol highlights the Dynisco pressure and temperature sensors, developed for applications in polymer extrusion and injection molding. These sensors stand out for their high precision, excellent repeatability, and robust construction, designed to operate under high temperatures and extreme pressures. Even in severe conditions, they maintain measurement stability and a long service life, ensuring continuous reliability in the production process.

The high-stability measurement technology of Dynisco sensors allows even minimal variations to be identified quickly, enabling interventions before significant deviations in product quality occur. This predictability strengthens process management and contributes to production standardization, a fundamental aspect for companies that serve regulated markets or operate with stringent technical specifications.

Another highlight of the portfolio is BHTF (High Temperature Fluid), a new mercury-free filling fluid for pressure sensors used in polymers. The solution represents a safer and more environmentally sustainable alternative, aligned with modern environmental responsibility practices and the growing demands for cleaner processes. In addition to maintaining high performance in high-temperature applications, BHTF eliminates the use of mercury, reducing environmental impacts and operational risks.

Digitrol also presents laboratory equipment and in-line solutions for measuring melt flow index and viscosity, which are fundamental for quality control of raw materials and finished products. The portfolio includes plastometers, capillary rheometers, and viscometers that meet the main international standards and norms, such as ASTM, ISO, DIN, JIS, and ABNT. This compliance ensures that the results obtained are recognized globally, facilitating exports and certifications.

Among the new products, the Dynisco LMI6000 plastometer stands out. Launched at NPE last year and presented for the first time in Brazil during Interplast, the equipment represents a new generation in polymer testing. Developed with a focus on automation, precision, and safety, the LMI6000 raises the standard for MFR, MVR, and intrinsic viscosity (IV) testing.

The electromechanical automatic weight lifting system provides greater ergonomics and repeatability to the tests, reducing human interference and increasing the reliability of the results. The adjustable touchscreen facilitates operation and data visualization, while cloud connectivity via Dynisco Cloud Connect™ allows for digital integration, secure information storage, and complete traceability of the tests. The equipment supports methods A, B, C, and D, offering versatility for different applications and regulatory requirements.
