LINE OF ENCLOSED MILLS – CONSOLIDATION 2025
In 2025, Mecanofar consolidated its complete line of enclosed mills, developed for high operational efficiency with significant noise reduction. The RC line of low-speed enclosed mills is indicated for machine foot systems, allowing the immediate recovery of burrs from injection, blow molding, and extrusion processes. The C line of high-speed enclosed mills was designed for grinding plants, offering greater production capacity, simplified maintenance, and a robust structure with improved acoustic control.
MILLS FOR RECOVERY OF TRIMMINGS
Mecanofar’s mills for recovery of trimmings are developed for direct integration with extruders, ensuring immediate reuse of material without compromising the stability of the production process. They operate with precise feeding, an attached exhaust fan, quiet operation, and full compliance with NR12.
MILL FOR GRINDING PALLETS AND BULKY PARTS
The MFP 1300 is suitable for grinding wide and bulky parts, such as pallets and plastic sheets, expanding the operational capacity of recycling plants and large-scale industrial applications.

For 2026, Mecanofar expands its portfolio with the TMP Line – single-shaft pellet shredders, developed for volume reduction of various materials such as plastics, rubber, wood, paper, light metals, textiles and foams, operating at low speed with energy efficiency and consistent performance.
Another novelty is the FORCE Line, a new generation of rationally engineered mills, designed for easy shredding applications. With an optimized structure, lower weight and excellent cost-benefit ratio, the FORCE line maintains the construction standard and recognized reliability of Mecanofar.
