Interplast, plastics trade fair, plastics industry, Abiplast, Simpesc, Messe Brasil, Joinville, sustainability, circular economy, ESG, Industry 4.0

At Interplast, BY Engenharia highlights its portfolio of complete extrusion technology solution, post-extrusion, granulation, and quality control processes through information shared by the technical team. Visitors will be able to learn in detail about the differentiators of the equipment and technologies represented by the company in Brazil, all from manufacturers recognized worldwide for their excellence in engineering.

With a consultative approach and a focus on complete solutions, the company operates not only in the distribution of equipment, but also in integration and specialized technical support. This approach allows customers to access cutting-edge technologies with the necessary support to ensure operational efficiency and the best use of each investment.

Another highlight of our presence at the fair is the opportunity to demonstrate how the right choice of equipment can directly impact indicators such as productivity, final product quality, waste reduction, and energy efficiency. By bringing together different technologies in its portfolio, the company offers solutions that range from complete extrusion lines to specific equipment for critical stages of the production process.

According to Marco Antonio Gianesi, Managing Partner of the company, the fair represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen relationships and present technologies that help the industry evolve. “Interplast brings together professionals who are truly seeking innovation and process improvement. We will be at the fair with a highly qualified team to answer all questions about equipment and processes, as well as present solutions that contribute to greater productivity, quality, and efficiency in the plastics processing industry,” he explains.

BY ENGENHARIA’S TECHNICAL TEAM PRESENTS EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY

One of the main focuses of BY Engenharia’s technical team’s participation in the fair is to present solutions focused on extrusion technology, one of the most important processes in plastics processing. Through its international representatives, the company offers equipment and systems capable of improving the performance of production lines and increasing the competitiveness of companies in the sector.

Among the highlights of the portfolio are the corrugated pipe winders, bagging machines and pullers from SICA, solutions that guarantee greater efficiency in the final stages of corrugated pipe production. These equipment are designed to offer operational precision, robustness and reliability, essential factors to maintain the quality of the final product and optimize the productivity of the lines.

The post-extrusion lines for pipes and corrugators from ITIB Machinery are systems developed to integrate different stages of the production process, contributing to greater automation, loss reduction and better production control.

The company also highlights the solutions from MAAG, a global reference in equipment for polymer processing. The portfolio includes gear pumps, manual, hydraulic and continuous screen changing systems, as well as granulators used in different industrial applications. One of the major differentiators presented is the MAAG (GALA) water-immersed granulation system, a technology that provides high pellet quality, high cooling efficiency, and excellent process stability.

COMPONENTS AND COMPLETE LINES

Another essential component for the performance of extruders are Xaloy’s bimetallic screws and sleeves. Recognized for their wear resistance and durability in demanding environments, these solutions contribute to extending the service life of equipment and ensuring production stability.

The company represents Davis Standard, an international manufacturer of complete extrusion lines with a strong presence in various segments of the plastics industry. Its lines are known for their robustness, precision, and high level of automation, allowing for productive operations with a high standard of quality.

In the PVC Mixing segment, the highlight is Plas Mec, an Italian company that manufactures Hot Mixers and Coolers, and in the in-line measurement segment, BY ENGENHARIA features Scantech, a French manufacturer of thickness and/or basis weight gauges for flat and blown films.

For the wire and cable sector, the company also presents the production lines of Maillefer, a global reference in the development of technologies for this segment. These systems are designed to meet the technical demands of the market with maximum efficiency and reliability.

BY Engenharia also offers advanced mixing and processing solutions, such as Farrel Pomini continuous mixers, equipment designed to provide homogeneous mixing and precise control of complex industrial processes for masterbatch and compounds with high filler content.
