Eurostec will be at Interplast 2026 with a robust portfolio of plastics injection molding solutions. This participation reaffirms the company’s strategic positioning as a leading supplier of high-technology machines for the national industry.
As the sole authorized representative of BOLE in the country, Eurostec offers direct access to technology developed by one of the world’s largest manufacturers of injection molding machines, combining specialized technical support, consultative service, and a consolidated commercial structure to serve clients throughout Brazil.
During the fair, Eurostec will present its line of BOLE/Eurostec injection molding machines, equipment designed to increase productive performance, reduce operating costs, and ensure greater control of industrial processes. Visitors will find solutions designed for faster production cycles, greater dimensional repeatability, and lower energy and raw material consumption—decisive factors for process efficiency.
The company assists its clients in choosing the most suitable machine, the ideal configuration for each application, and optimizing the production process, always focusing on return on investment and operational reliability.
BOLE/EUROSTEC LINE: TECHNOLOGY THAT TRANSFORMS PRODUCTION
The BOLE/Eurostec injection molding machine line features a central clamping system, which ensures uniform distribution of clamping force, reduces mechanical wear, and increases the lifespan of the molds and the machine itself.
In addition, the machines are equipped with linear guides in both the injection and clamping units. This configuration provides smoother, more precise, and repeatable movements, allowing for faster cycles and greater dimensional control of the injected parts.
Another advantage is the longer mold opening stroke, which increases the versatility of the machines and facilitates the production of parts with different geometries and heights. In addition, the injection molding machines achieve injection speeds of up to 200 mm/s, meeting applications that require rapid filling, flow stability, and excellent surface finish.
The electric plasticizing technology, a feature present in this line, represents a significant advance in terms of production efficiency. This system allows for more precise control of material dosage and homogenization, resulting in savings of 1% to 4% of raw material per injected part. In medium and high-volume operations, this reduction translates into a direct impact on production costs and competitiveness.
Another major differentiator of the BOLE/Eurostec injection molding machine line is that it features an INFRA-RED heating element system, which, combined with the electric plasticizing system, reduces the equipment’s energy consumption by up to 20%. This technology allows for faster and more efficient material heating, reducing heat loss and optimizing energy use throughout the production cycle.
