Kraft Provides Integrated Solutions for Plastic Waste Recovery

At Interplast, Kraft will present its complete portfolio of solutions for plastic waste recovery, connecting material recovery, process automation, and industrial structures. High-performance equipment already established in the market will be on display, such as industrial mills, as well as the new line of shredders and solutions developed to integrate and organize the production flow.

Kraft’s complete industrial solutions are geared towards the recovery and reuse of plastic materials, serving recyclers, packaging manufacturers, the automotive sector, and companies seeking to modernize their processes with greater efficiency and sustainability. Each piece of equipment is developed with a focus on continuous operation, structural robustness, and low maintenance needs, ensuring stability and productive predictability.

“Our purpose is to deliver solutions that truly impact the client’s bottom line. At Interplast, we show how it is possible to transform waste into reusable raw materials with energy efficiency, operational stability, and a consistent return on investment,” says Alessandro Perinazzo, the company’s director.

KRAFT SOLUTIONS ENABLE THE RECOVERY OF PLASTIC MATERIALS WITH HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Kraft positions itself as a strategic partner for industries that want to produce more and spend less on the recovery of plastic materials. Its mills use special cutting systems designed to maximize fragmentation efficiency and significantly reduce energy consumption. The technology requires less mechanical effort during grinding, resulting in energy savings, less component wear, and greater operational stability, especially in continuous and high-demand applications.

One of the main differentiators is the excellent relationship between kW/h and kg/h processed. In practice, this means a higher production volume with lower energy consumption, directly impacting the reduction of the cost per ton produced. By transforming waste into reusable raw materials with maximum efficiency, the equipment helps reduce losses and increase operating margins.

Among the launches presented at Interplast is the new line of shredders, developed especially for the recovery of sludge and thick plastic parts. With high structural robustness, high torque and superior performance in reducing complex volumes, the shredders guarantee efficiency, stability and operational safety. The solution allows the transformation of difficult-to-process waste into reusable material, expanding the recovery potential within the industrial plant itself.

Another highlight is the line of in-line mills for thermoforming machines. The technology allows for the immediate grinding of scrap directly on the production line, eliminating intermediate steps and reducing internal logistics costs. The instant reuse of the material increases the overall efficiency of the process and reduces the volume of waste, aligning industrial performance with environmental responsibility.

Automation is another central pillar of Kraft’s presentation at the fair. The company offers complete industrial transport systems, such as conveyors with integrated solutions that organize the production flow and reduce manual intervention. Equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface), the systems provide real-time monitoring and full integration with the production line.

“This technological architecture ensures greater precision, standardization, and operational safety, in addition to allowing for quick production adjustments. The result is a more reliable process, with a lower failure rate, reduced rework, and better use of available resources,” explains the CEO of Kraft.

BLOW MOLDING LINES AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES

For blow molding lines, Kraft offers integrated systems with gathering conveyors, automatic hole testers, and automatic packaging. These solutions ensure greater quality control and standardization at the end of the line, increasing the performance and competitiveness of the final product. For injection molding processes, the systems feature automatic spruce separators, which perform precise separation between parts and channels, allowing for immediate reuse of the material and significantly reducing manual intervention.

In addition to recovery and automation equipment, the company highlights its line of industrial structures. Silos, mezzanines, bag racks, and other solutions are designed to optimize storage, internal logistics, and strategic use of factory space. By better organizing the production environment, industries gain operational efficiency and expand their growth capacity without the need for large physical expansions.
