RULLI STANDARD COEXTRUSION LINE TECHNOLOGY FOR FILMS
The coextrusion line for LDPE and LLDPE tubular films was developed to provide greater process control, waste reduction, and increased production efficiency, from raw material feeding to the final film finishing. The innovation features differentiated resources such as an automatic ring and thickness gauge, which ensure greater uniformity of the produced film, reducing dimensional variations and ensuring better final quality. The gravimetric system with artificial intelligence allows precise control of raw material dosage, automatically adjusting the process to maintain stability and reduce losses, even in continuous high-demand operations.
Another highlight is the trim recovery system, which directly contributes to the reuse of material within the production process itself. This solution reduces waste and reinforces Rulli Standard’s commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency, aspects that are increasingly relevant to the competitiveness of the plastics processing industries.
The line also incorporates a chiller with a capacity of 400 kg/h, designed with differentiated technology to ensure lower energy consumption, greater thermal efficiency, and stability in the cooling process. Proper temperature control is fundamental to film quality, directly influencing properties such as transparency, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability.
