Business Meetings of the Plastics Sector

The Meetings are the business hub of a trade fair, bringing together major buyers and top suppliers face-to-face in targeted, short sessions that maximize time and results.

Only during the Meetings do buyers and sellers hold individual sessions without interruptions, precisely when companies are demanding and offering. Each company participates in dozens of meetings in just one day, and many deals are closed during the Meetings itself.

How does it work?

The conventional procedure for a business round comprises the following steps:

Form Completion

Participating companies, upon validating their registration, complete a predefined form indicating the products or services they wish to offer or acquire.

Scheduling Meetings

Based on the information provided in the forms by participating companies, supply and demand are matched, generating a list of matches. Using this list, the event organizers create the meeting schedule.

Individual Sessions

During the event, companies meet at predetermined times (sent 72 hours in advance to participating companies) to present solutions, discuss business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, or commercial agreements.

Networking

In addition to scheduled meetings, the business sessions usually include networking moments, allowing participants to interact more informally and establish additional contacts.
