Kraft launches equipment for the recovery and efficient transportation of raw materials
Kraft participates in Interplast 2024, where it presents the new line of equipment intended for the recovery of raw materials, alongside injection/blowing machines. The main focus is to optimize processes, reduce losses and improve the efficiency of manufacturing plants.
The mill launches are intended for the recovery of raw materials, offering solutions for process optimization alongside injection/blowing machines. In addition, it features conveyors for automating blowing processes and systems connecting to manipulators/robots for injection molding machines.
The TCK is the chain conveyor developed for materials with a lot of dust or exclusively dust, where vacuum or positive pressure systems create challenges. This revolutionary product offers the lowest cost kw/kg transported, with maintenance less than 10% of vacuum processes. The equipment guarantees low operating costs and the highest efficiency on the market in terms of kW/kg transported. Equipped with weight dosing sensors, it has the capacity to transport high loads per hour (kg/h) with lower energy consumption.
