The natural fiber composite, ready for the injection process, is compatible with most thermoplastic resins, with a melting temperature below 200 degrees Celsius. This means it can be easily integrated into the existing production process without major changes. The natural fiber master composite is an ecologically correct choice as it uses rice husk waste, transforming a by-product into a valuable raw material, which reduces the environmental impact.
Polifibras’ natural fiber composites offer an appearance and color similar to wood, enabling a variety of aesthetic options for injected parts. Additionally, they can be pigmented to suit specific design preferences.
