The HYPER thermoforming line with its models TH900, TH1200, THD 900 and the top of the line THD 1200 is the launch of ROCAAL Thermoformers at Interplast. The equipment marks the company’s ten year anniversary and consolidates the decade of work in the market.
They bring to the largest thermoforming area in Brazil, engineering and automation solutions compatible with high-end imported products and high productivity, which can reach up to 54 thousand pieces/hour, when equipped with a plate mold 15, for example.
HYPER LINE THERMOFORMING TECHNOLOGY
The HYPER line equipment in the TH1200 and THD 1200 versions, have a forming area of 1050×800 mm, being able to produce pieces of up to 200 mm in depth and a capacity for 12 meters of cutting knife, which makes these models equipment with very high production capacity. . They were developed for long working hours and have easy setup for changing molds.
In addition to launching the HYPER line, ROCAAL Termoformadoras presents the VF, PRO and SUPER lines to the market.
