The full systems for plastic recycling and the differentials of each Seibt product line can be checked by Interplast’s visitors at the company’s booth. The equipment line comprises mills for grinding center (low rotation mills and special applications as grinding of trims, thermoforming grills, Schredder grinders), fine separators, fiber separators and wastewater treatment plant.
The mills for plastic recycling serve the grinding of the most diverse plastic materials, from the grinding of small parts that require a large production to bulkier parts. They can be used in grinding lines or centers, with or without water use. The main characteristics are the high productivity, strength, low cost maintenance and easy operation and maintenance.
Solutions that go further than the plastic recycling
More than developing products for plastic recycling, Seibt relies on other solutions essential for the productive process, the SPS (fine separator) designed to separate the fine generated in the plastic grinding and recovery process. It is indicated for the grinding of solid materials obtained by injection, blow and rotational molding. SPS can be used next to injectors and blowers, operating in line with low rotation mills, or in drilling centers.
The look at environment in Seibt can be observed in another developed solution, the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The developed system covers treatment, reuse and correct emission of liquid effluent and of the sludge generated in the plastic recycling process. The plant can be installed with different options of treatment volume, according to the demand of each industrial plant.

Located in Nova Petrópolis (RS), Seibt acts in the supply of machines and equipment for plastic recycling, both in the pre or post-consumption processes and serves industries throughout Brazil and Latin America. It produces complete systems of plastic recycling, in addition to medium and low rotation mills for the reuse of wastes, trimmings and remains of plastic. Solutions are designed with the cutting-edge technology to provide the maximum efficiency and productivity, according to the specific need of each customer.
There are more than 50 models of machines among mills, agglomerators, shavers, extruders, silos, full systems for plastic recycling and wastewater treatment plants. In Interplast, it will be present in booth 374, in area of 100 m², where there will be the exhibition of equipment already known in the market for the productivity and efficiency, besides releases of new solutions developed especially for the plastic industry.
